4. It is your responsibility that the

this agreement, even if we have been advised of the

damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with

agreement will not exceed the total commisions paid or
payable to you under
this agreement. The foregoing limitation of liability
shall apply regardless
of the cause of action under which such damages are
sought.
12. Miss Softie makes no representations that the operation of
our site will
be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for
the
consequences of any interruptions or errors.
13 By filling out the
signup form you will automatically become an affiliate
and are bound by the
terms of this agreement. Your participation in the
program is solely for this
purpose: to legally advertise our website to
receive a commision on products
purchased by your referral individuals.
14. Miss Softie may change or
modify any of the terms and conditions of this
agreement, at any time and in
our sole discretion. This includes changes in
the comission rates. If you
find any modification to the terms unacceptable
your only choice is to
terminate your affiliate account. Your continuing
participation in the
program will constitute your acceptance of any change.
